- Designing, executing, and analysing multichannel marketing campaigns for the EU customer base.
- Managing and reporting on all EU email marketing activities, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Collaborating with the Central CRM team to plan and execute email, SMS, and direct mail communications.
- Identifying data capture opportunities and optimizing CRM strategies for in-person events and partner activations.
- Maintaining and optimizing EU transactional emails, loyalty programs, and refer-a-friend initiatives.
- Staying updated on CRM marketing trends and sharing insights with the team.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM marketing or similar roles.
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and legal frameworks in EU markets.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for photography and videography.
- German, French or Dutch language skills.
