Responsibilities:
Designing, executing, and analysing multichannel marketing campaigns for the EU customer base.
Managing and reporting on all EU email marketing activities, tracking performance against KPIs.
Collaborating with the Central CRM team to plan and execute email, SMS, and direct mail communications.
Identifying data capture opportunities and optimizing CRM strategies for in-person events and partner activations.
Maintaining and optimizing EU transactional emails, loyalty programs, and refer-a-friend initiatives.
Staying updated on CRM marketing trends and sharing insights with the team.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in CRM marketing or similar roles.
Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
Familiarity with CRM best practices and legal frameworks in EU markets.
Analytical mindset and a passion for photography and videography.
German, French or Dutch language skills.
