Lead React Developer

Working in Brixton, London, as part of a hybrid working structure, you will be joining a friendly team of highly experienced, collaborative developers with a passion for technology, sharing knowledge and building a great product. Our clients work in a modern, sustainable way where users needs and goals help shape vision and product. They believe in iterating and learning quickly, and understand the importance of keeping tech debt low and producing quality code.

Examples of projects you will be working on:

• Building & Architecting products and tools to help our therapists deliver excellent therapy online
• Building & Roadmapping products that help members understand their psychological wellbeing
• Digitising therapy – Current roadmap is packed full of interesting projects

Tech stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, React Native, Redux, Scala, Java, CI/CD, AWS

Key hard skills:

• 5+ years of experience in React, 8+ years as a fullstack/frontend developer
• Have defined and implemented application state using Redux (ideally using Redux Toolkit)
• Have created applications and MYSQL Tables
• Have created API endpoints on the backend using a language other than JavaScript
• Have worked in teams using Agile methodologies
• Strong awareness of good UI and UX What we need you to bring
• Good communication skills
