Job description
My client offers award-winning IT consultancy and managed services for Oracle, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies. Specializing particularly in data platform management, application development, engineered systems and Cloud with a strong presence specifically in Oracle SQL Server, APEX, Azure and GCP. This position is situated in the Delivery team, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing services, primarily utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite products. A fully remote position with occasional UK-wide travel.
The successful candidate will primarily serve as a hybrid functional consultant (Techno-Functional) specializing in Supply Chain Management and Maunfacturing Modules. They will effectively engage with clients to deliver functional and technical solutions for addressing issues and fulfilling new requirements.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing software solutions, such as Oracle Purchasing, Order Management and complementary Oracle Financial modules.
- Someone who has reasonable technical capability, who can write basic reports, has an understanding of PL/SQL and provide BAU Support.
- Demonstrated history of delivering significant business and system change using Oracle EBS.
- Previous experience working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL-based working practices.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills including presentation & pre-sales support.
- Security Clearance is required.
- ITIL v3 Certification would be desirable.
