In This Role, You Will:
- Oversee end-to-end management of Paid Social and PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategies and campaign performance
- Collaborate with SEO, PR, Design, and Tech teams to deliver integrated marketing efforts across different channels
- Lead campaign planning, strategy development, and execution, using data analysis to inform decision-making
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members in PPC and Paid Social to support their professional development
- Develop creative ad content to optimise campaign results across PPC and Paid Social platforms
- Stay informed on market trends and technological developments to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
Even Better If You Have:
- Certifications in Meta media buying or planning (desired)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience in devising and implementing scalable marketing funnels
- Strong quality assurance (QA) skills to maintain high standards across all campaign work
