An incredible opportunity for a Sales Director to join an early stages company within a larger group.

What You'll Do

The Sales Director will lead efforts in selling their AI analytics platform as a service. This will involve constant interaction with prospects, clients and internal staff to achieve a positive outcome for all parties. The role will be primarily selling their services to their Marketplace Partners as well as existing customer base
  • Create and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to serve as a road map for launching this new service to the market
  • Effectively manages pipeline, forecasting, and sales updates with high degree of accuracy 
  • Represent the relationship or partnership between the company and their clients
  • Prospect potential clients from cold and nurture them until ready to buy
  • Manage these clients to ensure product and service meets expectations and up-sell and cross-sell relevant services
  • Generates new demand, revenue and profit margin
  • Leads and develops an account strategy using client growth plans, budget and project timelines 
  • Builds and delivers business case / presentation that clearly articulates set of solutions, business justification and value proposition to client while maximizing revenue/margin
What’s Required
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience of selling complex technology and data solutions in credit risk, fraud, analytics preferred
Education- A Bachelor’s Degree or comparable business experience
 
Qualifications, Strengths and Skills
  • Experience of building and leading a sales team
  • Ability to regularly cold prospect across multiple channels including telephone, email and social media
  • A proven track record of over achieving against sales targets and securing sales within new customer accounts
  • Solution led approach and technical sales skills
  • Familiarity with data management, contextual profiling, decision management, reject Inference, orchestration, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to write a proposal or tender response to a high level of quality
  • Must be able to lead a C-level discussion with prospects and clients
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
