Our client, an award-winning digital marketing agency who specialise in connecting cultures are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Brighton to work with a wide range of clients across various sectors.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor.
Communicate clearly and effectively across various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client strategies.
Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing and internationalisation.
What You’ll bring
3+ years of Account Management experience (ideally in marketing/advertising agency setting).
Understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Interest in connecting cultures and understanding global markets.
Proven experience working with high-quality clients.
Business savvy and strong problem solving skills.
