Do you enjoy creating data-driven cross-functional strategy for your clients' current online marketing activities?  Do you have a passion for social media and would like to be part of a  data-driven, innovative Mar-Tech Start-up? If so, this may be the role for YOU!


Three core areas of your responsibilities:
 Data-driven marketing strategies:
  • Creating  holistic marketing strategies for national and international clients from different industries based on their needs and goals. 
  • Concepting cross-functional strategies for your clients and combining database  and different marketing sub-areas.
Coordinating Social analytic projects:
  • Selecting internal and external stakeholders for different project areas.
  • Effectively communicating with project teams to successfully deliver and built the projects on time. 
  • Leading verbal and written communication with your clients.
  • Creating data aggregation followed by account customer needs in order to make concrete recommendations for action.  
Mentoring and Coaching:
  • Prioritising and delegating tasks to 2 junior managers and up to 3 interns.

  • Contact person for personal and professional development of your team members.
  • Several years of creating and developing online marketing strategies within at least one of the following areas:
  1. Social media marketing (including paid media)
  2. Influencer marketing
  3. Content management
  4. Affiliate marketing (affiliate channel strategy)
  • You enjoy working with numbers and data and have advanced experienced with Google sheets/Excel. (Tableau experience is a plus) 
  • curious about the data analysis regarding each new project
  • People management is not a must but a plus! 
  • fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication)
