WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Leading SEO team through both direct leadership and strategic planning.
Monitoring and reporting search engine visibility, ranking, competitor behavior and traffic patterns.
Developing the business plan for SEO investment, making recommendations on engineering and product resources, content and tooling investments.
Developing a comprehensive SEO strategy across content, technology and user experience to ensure organic growth.
Collaborating with product and engineering leads to ensure that SEO strategy connects the technical approach with the users' experience.
Being responsible for the leadership and development of a team and have significant impact on headcount and resource planning.
YOUR PROFILE:
Proven experience of developing and delivering an SEO strategy for an online B2C business with positive impact on organic traffic volume.
5+ years of leadership experience
An excellent understanding of SEO tooling, strategy and experimentation approaches.
Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
