Job description

James Chase is currently looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join an award-winning Enterprise Database Management specialist that delivers innovative support, managed services & consulting for SQL Server, Oracle and Multi-Cloud technology.


This role will involve a variety of tasks but will be primarily focused on Service Administration, Customer projects, Reporting and Liaison.


You will manage and monitor workloads for the Managed Service teams, which resolve customer incidents, deliver managed services and customer projects. You will be required to manage workloads, and prioritise work across the teams, in collaboration with the DBA Team Leads, and Service Delivery Manager.


This role will be attached to one of the company's three UK offices, which ideally you’ll visit once/twice a week, however if you are not in reasonable commutable distance you would only need to visit the office occasionally, and therefore this role would effectively be fully remote.

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 2 years' experience in Service Delivery

·         Solid understanding of ITIL and Service Management

·         Track record in the coordination of teams and personnel

·         Track record of delivering in technological environments

·         Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

·         Passion for Service Delivery and Customer Engagement
