We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join a dynamic and expanding team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote working, with a requirement to be in the Eastbourne office 2 days per week.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. They will also play a crucial part in influencing the technical direction of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high standards of software delivery.
Contribute to a collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
3 years+ of experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with experience managing legacy VB platforms.
Experience with Azure and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
