Main duties –
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication
- Provide admin support to the employees and visitors and make sure they get the best service.
- Engage new hires, coordinating all the elements of their on-boarding and serving as a resource for them and for their manager
- Maintain and report accurate employee records, using HRIS
- Work proactively with the team from different locations to ensure an integrated and global approach to HR service delivery
You will have excellent experience in an administrative role as an Office Manager and knowledge of working in HR is preferred.
