Are you a Service Desk Analyst with experience in a fast paced atmosphere?
We're working with a market leader in the travel industry who are experience a busy phase of growth, new product features and development to their core offering.
As part of their growth plans, they're looking to onboard a Service Desk Analyst who can think on their feet and provide top-level 1st and 2nd line support to over 250 users.
Ideally, you'd have experience supporting:
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Remote workers
- Hardware builds
- IP Telephony
