We are looking for a skilled and passionate Back-End Developer to join a cross-functional tech team which is embarking on a journey towards a future-proof service architecture. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of financial transactions in a system and manage payment processes. YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES:
Managing payment processes internally and, from a technical perspective, interacting with stakeholders in accounting and sales.
Focusing on the backend while also having an eye on web and data engineering.
Supporting the integration into Oracle Netsuite.
Teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with your team members and the product department as well as with the financial department.
Team player mindset, cross-functional teams work better when everybody thinks out of the box.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
You have relevant experience in working with Spring Boot or a similar framework, modern Kotlin applications, and be keen to dive into different languages like PHP.
SOLID principles, clean code, and OOP should be topics that you can not only explain but also use every day.
Quality is key for you, and your code is always paired with tests.
You are eager to experiment and interested in all kinds of software development far beyond your own stack.
You love to work in agile, cross-functional teams, continuously developing and learning.
Fluency in English and keenness to learn a bit of German.
