Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for digital marketing and client relationship management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Cross Domain Campaign Manager to join our client’s agency team, dedicated to working with a major global brand.
About the Role
As a Cross Domain Campaign Manager, you will be the key interface for the agency's Digital and CRM domains with the client. Leveraging your expertise in digital channels, web/online strategies, and CRM, you will ensure the successful execution of end to end campaigns. This role focuses primarily on the UK/IE market, with some involvement across other European markets and the Central European team. Please note this is a hybrid role, with a mix of 2-3 days office/client site, and the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the end client, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and understanding their needs.
- Oversee the localisation of Digital and CRM components of European campaigns.
- Develop and support the execution of local content where appropriate.
- Utilise the Adobe Campaign Management suite to manage and track campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.
- Manage client account for Digital and CRM domains, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Digital and CRM campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring they meet client expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the development and implementation of domain strategies that align with the client's overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance data to generate insights and optimise future campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven experience working with major brands.
- Strong background in Digital and CRM channels, web/online strategies, and campaign management.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Campaign Management suite.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
