Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven strategies for digital, web, and CRM domains.
- Project Management: Oversee campaigns/programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
- Return on Brief: Translate client briefs into effective strategies, monitor performance, and report on ROI.
- Planning and Execution: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting campaign results.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, drive continuous improvement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in digital marketing or CRM roles, preferably within an agency.
- Proven project management skills and experience with major global brands.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and achieving measurable results, hitting and exceeding KPI’s.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
