Are you ready to lead digital, web, and CRM domains for a major global brand? Our client is seeking a skilled Domain Lead to oversee cross-channel MARCOMS delivery for a prestigious client. If you excel in strategy, execution, and client satisfaction, this role is for you! Please note this is a hybrid role, with a mix of 2-3 days office/client site, and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven strategies for digital, web, and CRM domains.
Project Management: Oversee campaigns/programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
Return on Brief: Translate client briefs into effective strategies, monitor performance, and report on ROI.
Planning and Execution: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting campaign results.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, drive continuous improvement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
7+ years in digital marketing or CRM roles, preferably within an agency.
Proven project management skills and experience with major global brands.
Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and achieving measurable results, hitting and exceeding KPI’s.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
