What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the Country Director to develop marketing strategies.
  • Optimise key metrics like retention, conversion, CPA, and LTV.
  • Launch and manage essential marketing channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and an affiliate program.
  • Analyse marketing performance and adapt strategies.
  • Build relationships with the Central team and share insights.
  • Develop a German-specific customer journey and drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Manage a significant budget efficiently.
About You
  • Do you have a track record in e-commerce, team leadership, and B2C environments?
  • Proficient in offline and online marketing, including SEO and SEM?
  • Love marketing, understand e-commerce growth metrics, and have experience growing a business?
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills?
  • Fluent in German and English?
