What You'll Do

Launch and manage essential marketing channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and an affiliate program.
Analyse marketing performance and adapt strategies.
Build relationships with the Central team and share insights.
Develop a German-specific customer journey and drive retention and lifetime value.
Manage a significant budget efficiently.
About You
Do you have a track record in e-commerce, team leadership, and B2C environments?
Proficient in offline and online marketing, including SEO and SEM?
Love marketing, understand e-commerce growth metrics, and have experience growing a business?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills?
Fluent in German and English?
