Job description

Due to growing demands and iminent expansion plans, our client is looking for a talented Electronics Hardware Engineer to join their team and work with world renowned brands in the Automotive Industry. This position employs a hyrbid work structure, with 2 days in the Eisenach offices, and offers ample personal developement opportunities. 

Responsibilites:

  • Develop electronic components for both interior and exterior vehicle lighting systems.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of development and testing, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for our valued customers.
  • Coordinate and review the creation of technical concepts and specifications.
  • Evaluate customer-specific requirements to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Design function-specific testing methods and conduct simulations and practical measurements as part of product development.
  • Take charge of circuit development and EMC-compliant printed circuit board design.

Requirements: 

  • Hold a completed degree in electrical engineering.
  • Bring several years of professional experience with lighting & electronics, preferably in the motor vehicle manufacturing or a similar field.
  • Proficient in EDA program Altium Designer and a circuit simulation program.
  • Possess knowledge of analog circuit design.
  • Familiarity with electrical and lighting laboratory measurement techniques.
  • Knowledgeable about EMC and manufacturing-optimized PCB design.
