Head of PMO - Munich /HybridAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for project management?
Do you have experience leading projects across a wide range of business areas from legal to tech?
We are partnering with a fast-paced Martech in Germany to recruit an experienced hands-on senior project manager to lead the PMO and drive successful project management delivery across the organisation. 

What You'll Do
  • Lead a growing Project Management Office, including developing project management processes, tools, and methodologies and mentoring a team of Project Managers
  • Guide project managers and programme leads to ensure the successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
  • Manage your own projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor Performance and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Drive Excellence and champion operational improvements, focusing on automated testing and resource optimization.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define objectives and ensure strategic alignment.
What You'll Ideally Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and PMOs across mutliple business functions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for mentoring and coaching.
  • Experience with automated testing methodologies and ITIL-based services.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in both agile and traditional project management styles
