Head of PMO - Munich /HybridAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for project management? Do you have experience leading projects across a wide range of business areas from legal to tech? We are partnering with a fast-paced Martech in Germany to recruit an experienced hands-on senior project manager to lead the PMO and drive successful project management delivery across the organisation.
What You'll Do
Lead a growing Project Management Office, including developing project management processes, tools, and methodologies and mentoring a team of Project Managers
Guide project managers and programme leads to ensure the successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
Manage your own projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor Performance and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Drive Excellence and champion operational improvements, focusing on automated testing and resource optimization.
Work closely with key stakeholders to define objectives and ensure strategic alignment.
What You'll Ideally Bring
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and PMOs across mutliple business functions.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for mentoring and coaching.
Experience with automated testing methodologies and ITIL-based services.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work in both agile and traditional project management styles
