Head of Social Media Strategy and Analytics - Berlin / Hybrid / Remote DE

Are you experienced in leveraging data to make strategic decisions about social media and digital marketing?
Want to play a crucial role in supporting major global brands with their marketing activities by leveraging technology?

What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop the analytics team and own the product portfolio
- Operational involvement in managing and developing client relations at a senior level, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs using your knowledge and experience of social media and datadriven insights
- Provide strategic guidance to CLevel stakeholders for some of the biggest consumer brands
- Work closely with the tech team on product development, continuously seeking ways to improve customer value whilst identifying opportunities for standardisation to improve scalability
What you’ll ideally bring:
- A deep knowledge of the social media and influencer marketing landscape as well as key trends
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to manage and develop business opportunities and relationships with Marketing leaders of global brands
- A passion for data and analytics as a foundation for strategic decision making
- A natural leader, with experience of managing teams in a functional or projectbased capacity.
- Business fluency in German and English (essential)
