Are you an experienced Test and QA Leader with expertise in end-to-end testing for complex digital ecosystems? Do you have an execution mindset and a Customer-First approach?
Then we might be looking for you! 

James Chase is delighted to be working with a fast-paced Martech in Munich to recruit a Head of Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of digital products and services that operate on a global scale. This role involves managing end-to-end testing across a broad range of domains, including CRM, web development, content creation, digital media, design (UX/UI), and Content Management Systems .

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies to ensure consistent functionality and performance across our digital ecosystem.
  • Lead automated testing initiatives, utilizing tools like Selenium, and oversee testing across multiple devices and browsers for compatibility and seamless user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (A-AAA, EU legislation), and conduct post-launch testing, including live content testing and localized aspects for different countries.
  • Proactively improve testing processes to prevent recurring errors, and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.
What you'll ideally bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a Test Leadership position with a focus on digital ecosystem testing.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools, particularly Selenium, with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide testing teams towards quality objectives.
  • Execution mindset and a focus on quality and customer experience
