Our client, a leading MARCOMS agency is recruiting a Key Account Manager to lead campaign activities for one of their major international clients. You will oversee this well-known brand by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, whilst driving business value through effective account management. As a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, you will fully utilize your deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns.

Overview:

Act as the main point of contact for local market clients, collaborating internally and externally with operational and strategic leads.
Manage the cross-functional domain/channel team for your campaigns, providing guidance and support.
Take accountability for the entire lifecycle of campaigns, including local delivery management, scope, activities, and KPIs.
Develop and maintain master timelines and project schedules, ensuring timely execution across domains.
Foster integration across agencies to drive business value and meet client objectives.
Collaborate with other key agency domain leads while serving as the primary client contact.
Align with teams, ensuring consistency and coordination.
Collect and communicate new business requirements to the central or strategy team.
Establish connections with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Make essential contributions to achieving targets and driving results.
Take local responsibility for budgets, yearly marketing planning, and financial matters.


Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing media/agency industry, preferably in a comparable role.
Proven track record in agency account and campaign management, client, and stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Strong operational excellence and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Demonstrated financial and business acumen related to marketing activities.
Proficiency in understanding data analytics and utilising insights for decision-making and campaign optimisation.
Excellent team management skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for successful client and stakeholder collaboration.
