Are you a highly organised, motivated individual with experience in B2C Marketing? Like the sound of a creative and strategic role that will help grow a business by identifying and cultivating partnerships with a range of companies and communities? Then this could be the role for you! We’re looking for someone to take on a Partnerships management role, with the Berlin-based EU marketing team of an exciting B2C business within the circular economy.
Working closely with the local and International marketing teams you will:
Take ownership for researching and assessing potential new partnership opportunities
Have a strategic approach when identifying the potential gains and risks of different partnerships and collaborations
Assist in drawing up and negotiating partnerships
Work cross-functionally with the different teams from design and content to CRM in order to plan, carry out and maximise partnership communications across a range of touchpoints
Measure and continually evaluate the returns of partnerships in order to identify improvement areas
What you’ll ideally bring
2+ Years of relevant marketing or business development experience
Excellent relationship building and project management skills
Good commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with stakeholders
An interest in marketplace or circular economy business models
Fluent German or French would be a strong advantage
