Following a significant new funding round, our client, a tech start-up revolutionizing the construction space across Europe, is looking for a Product Designer to be a part of their team.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end product design process in the marketplace area.
Collaborate with the research team to gather insights and validate designs.
Establish synergy among user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to shape and refine the product roadmap.
Craft user-friendly and visually captivating interfaces for intricate systems.
Use data and metrics to drive design decisions and optimize processes.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Expertise in UX design, knowledge in UI design
Experience working with design tools like Figma.
Proficiency in micro-interactions and motion design
Prior work experience in Mobile App/ Logistics space.
Must be fluent in both German and English.
This role is hybrid role either be based in Cologne/Hamburg/Gutersloh with a competitive salary and great benefits.
