As a Senior Product Manager for Exposure Algorithms you will be responsible for delivering state-of-the-art item and rate recommendation algorithms in order to power  our clients next-generation search comparison experience.

You will collaborate with user facing product teams as well as ensuring a well functioning auction marketplace for our advertisers. This is a high impact, and high visibility position within the team that is responsible for the software and algorithms that power our clients marketplace. 

What You'll Do
  • Shape your team’s strategy by understanding our users’ and advertisers’ needs, our technology, and identifying and sizing business opportunities.
  • Define operational OKRs and business KPIs, and monitor progress towards our goals.
  • Collaborate with tech and data leads by reviewing performance of features and tests in order to drive future optimization. 
  • Manage and prioritize the team’s feature backlog and ensure the team stays focussed on the objectives.
  • Create trustful relationships with stakeholders, be their point of contact for requests and manage expectations.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in data, analytics and machine learning.
  • A pro-active, pragmatic, value-oriented mindset to drive for results and handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated history of running successful projects in the travel or e-commerce space. Ideally experience in online marketplaces.
  • Experience in business model evaluation and forecasting.
  • Good understanding of how machine learning product cycles.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL to create reports or insights
