As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to:
- Collaborate with teams on the continuous improvement of discovery and delivery processes
- Facilitate workshops for improvement, developing teams to their full potential and scaling
- Improve the collaboration of product and tech with stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Optimize collaboration within and across teams, balancing autonomous decisions with transparent processes
- Create a foundation for continuous team improvement by making the right things visible and measurable
- Support the implementation of data-driven decision-making and strategic frameworks such as OKRs
- Are passionate about agile values and principles, with great methodical skills in moderation, team development, and decision-making support
- Have strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in agile, interdisciplinary teams and are eager to learn
- Are proficient in German and English
- Have extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban
- Ideally, have familiarity with agile scaling methods like SAFe or LeSS, and bring their own ideas about how these frameworks could be useful to the company
