Job description

Our client, a leading MARCOMS agency, is recruiting a Senior Account Director to take charge as a client lead for a major international client.
Day to day, your role will encompass maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating campaign management teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, and driving business value through effective account management.
As a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, you will fully utilise your deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns.

Overview:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local market clients, collaborating internally and externally with senior operational and strategic leads.
  • Manage the Client Service and Campaign Management teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Assume accountability for the entire lifecycle of campaigns, including local delivery management, domain/channel scope, activities, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain the master timeline and project schedules for all campaigns, ensuring timely execution across domains.
  • Foster integration across agencies to drive business value and meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with other key agency domain leads while serving as the primary client contact.
  • Align with central teams, including strategy and client service, to ensure consistency and coordination.
  • Collect and communicate new business requirements to the central or strategy teams for review and implementation.
  • Establish connections with internal stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Make an essential contribution to achieving targets and driving results.
  • Take responsibility for budgets, yearly marketing planning, reconciliation, and other financial matters within the designated areas of responsibility.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing media/agency industry, with at least 2 years in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record in agency account management, campaign management, client, and senior stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  • Strong operational excellence with the ability to meet service level agreements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen related to marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in understanding data analytics, utilising insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent team leadership skills, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
