Are you an experienced specialist in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), with a proven track record in improving user experiences within the e-commerce space? Are you data-driven, with strong analytical skills?
Our client, a leading D2C e-commerce company, is on the lookout for a talented Digital Analyst with experience in CRO to lead and shape the optimisation strategy for critical areas including onsite search, sorting, recommendations, and landing page functionality.
What You'll Do:
Lead user-centric optimisation for onsite search, sorting, recommendations, and landing pages.
Generate insightful reports and analyses, driving the implementation of data-derived measures for continuous improvement.
Drive A/B tests and experiments to enhance user-friendliness and commercial success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the CRO roadmap.
Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, identifying growth opportunities and implementing enhancements.
What You'll Bring:
Several years of hands-on experience in a similar position, with a focus on D2C environments.
Proficiency in tools and algorithms for search optimisation, personalization, and recommendations (e.g., Algolia, EPOQ).
Expertise in A/B testing and optimisation tools (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Google Optimize) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Business fluency in English is a must.
Even better if you’re fluent or an active learner in German.
