As the Senior Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our online marketing strategy. You will work closely with our product, content, and creative teams to drive the growth of our brand and products across various digital marketing channels.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand values
  • Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy
  • Manage the online marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of all marketing activities
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external partners if needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and proactively identify new growth opportunities
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data to optimise campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search, social media, email, display, and affiliate marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English
