James Chase is delighted to be working with a fast-paced Martech in Munich to recruit a Senior Test Manager to ensure the quality and reliability of digital products and services that operate on a global scale. This role involves managing end-to-end testing across a broad range of domains, including CRM, web development, content creation, digital media, design (UX/UI), and Content Management Systems .
What you'll do:
Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies to ensure consistent functionality and performance across our digital ecosystem.
Lead automated testing initiatives, utilizing tools like Selenium, and oversee testing across multiple devices and browsers for compatibility and seamless user experience.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (A-AAA, EU legislation), and conduct post-launch testing, including live content testing and localized aspects for different countries.
Proactively improve testing processes to prevent recurring errors, and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.
What you'll ideally bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Test Manager, with a focus on digital ecosystem testing.
Proficiency in automated testing tools, particularly Selenium, with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
Leadership capabilities to guide testing teams towards quality objectives.
Execution mindset and a focus on quality and customer experience
