AI Senior Operations Engineer

Our client is a global fintech company, leading provider of decisioning and analytics products for financial services and other industries. 

They are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer who will provide world class operational support to their clients on the AI
platform.

Responsibilities:

• Operational support for the global, cloud-agnostic and multi-tenant  AI platform
• Lead the resolution of operational issues on the AI platform, working closely with the AI engineering and data science team and wider organisation
• Implementation and continuous improvement of world class operational processes

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

• +5 years experience providing operational support to clients
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical certifications
• Strong expertise in managing public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Proficiency operating in Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Experience with CICD processes and automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in one or more general-purpose scripting or programming languages such as Python
• Knowledge of APIs, AI and Machine Learning advantageous
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate problems and solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
