Love selling great products face to face with customers? Got what it takes to motivate and lead a team in Berlin and beyond? My client, a pioneer in pet health, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to spearhead their expansion into the German market.

About the Role: As the Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving direct sales activities, responsible for building and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors. Your mission? To spread the love for my client's brand across Germany, one happy pet owner at a time!

What You'll Do:

  • Kick off with 6 months of field-based action, promoting the brand at events and exhibitions.
  • Be the face of my client, mastering the sales pitch and passing on your expertise to your team.
  • Build and nurture your own team of Brand Ambassadors from scratch.
  • Lead by example, every day, as you work towards ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the international counterparts and leaders to drive success.
  • Foster communication and shared learning with sales teams across regions.
  • Go beyond sales metrics to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Keep calm under pressure and be the go-to advisor for your team.
About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience with in-person sales or hospitality and promotions, bonus points for D2C industry experience.
  • Fluent or native in German and English.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and development.
  • Excel/google sheets skills are second nature to you.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for pets.
  • Full driver's license required.
