We use technology to capture real-time fan consumption data and have enterprise scale third party data integrations enabling our clients to gain a deeper understanding of their fans, going well beyond who they are and delving deeper into their behavioural habits and fan characteristics. This approach allows our partners to drive business intelligence and to deliver relevant and timely content and marketing messages to fans, via our bespoke content and messaging tools.

What You’ll Do

The Backend Developer will be part of the fully remote Backend development team - building services to support well known clients across the Europe:

  • Developing micro services and deploying on Kubernetes

  • Connecting micro services with Event Bus (RabbitMQ) and gRPC technologies

  • Deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for your projects (we use

  • Bitbucket pipelines)

  • Developing at scale - our newest service has over 3.5 million active users

  • Building content, marketing and communication tools for sports clubs to Building live services with websockets at scale

Who You Are

  • Backend developer with at least three years’ experience writing GoLang services in production.

  • Strong Knowledge of Relational and Non-Relational Databases (we use MongoDB and Postgres)

  • Able to  develop Containerised microservice architecture

  • Familiar with AWS and its services.

  • Some experience in containerisation with Docker / Kubernetes would be beneficial as our stack is built upon these technologies

  • Knowledge of Java for legacy services is preferred
