Do you have experience driving business strategy and commercial growth for a Digital B2C product? 
Passionate about AI and ready to build something from the ground up but not sure where to start?

We are supporting an established and highly successful global B2C tech scaleup as they look to expand their portfolio by launching a completely new brand and business unit. This opportunity to join as Head of Growth will see you driving the commercial strategy and digital journey in an exciting new opportunity to leverage AI.

What you'll do:
  • Provide the Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy for the emerging brand and product, leveraging analytical insights to drive progress and growth.
  • Brand Development: Shape the identity of the new venture, ensuring coherence and resonance across all facets of the brand experience.
  • Optimize the Customer Journey: Oversee the online customer journey, refining each touchpoint to enhance acquisition and retention rates.
  • Team Cultivation: Cultivate a high-performance team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a dynamic environment.
What you'll bring:
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2C growth, even better if that includes subscription based products
  • Exceptional analytical acumen with a knack for translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience navigating fast-paced environments with agility and determination.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on relationship building, talent development and results-driven performance.
  • Native-level German
  • A background in consulting at a major firm is highly advantageous.
