For one of our global clients with EU head office in Berlin, we are looking for a head of marketing campaigns who can take responsibility for campaigns and activations across a range of channels, leading and coaching a team of talented individuals.

For one of our global clients with EU head office in Berlin, we are looking for a head of marketing campaigns who can take responsibility for campaigns and activations across a range of channels, leading and coaching a team of talented individuals.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team to truly bring the brand to life through meaningful marketing activity
- Define and develop EU marketing campaign strategy and manage programs and activations that can positively impact the brand goals and improve market positioning
- Be part of the leadership team responsible for aligning with business goals, providing regular feedback and ideas
- Oversee localisation of global campaigns and use your knowledge of EU markets to create and manage a range of local campaigns
- Manage a team of 6 channel specialists including PR, Social Media, Partnerships and CRM as well as working closely with the Content team and central performance marketing team
What you'll ideally bring
- Significant experience working with European markets and across multiple awareness and consideration channels
- Proven experience of managing a team of marketing, from hiring to mentoring and performance tracking
- Good all-rounder marketing knowledge, PR, communication or social background preferred.
- Ability to take insights from marketing campaign data
- Business fluency in English, German would be a big advantage
