Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Website ownership for DUTCH region
  • Discovering what users need by conducting user research and testing to unveil critical insights that is helping to understand what drives conversion.
  • Designing user journeys, and identifying features, page structures and more for an optimised user experience to convert visitors into leads and applicants. 
  • Continuously increasing the conversion rate on the website and collecting and evaluating all relevant metrics. Prioritising these features and improvements along the overall road-map and stakeholder management 
  • Collaborating closely with other teams to gather information and align the website strategy with business needs.
  • Leading a team with colleagues from the CRO, UX/Design and Content departments and working closely with them to advance your goals.
WHAT YOU ARE IDEALLY BRINGING:
  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner in the e-commerce field.
  • Deep knowledge in UX related subjects and passion about optimising user journeys to drive conversion.
  • Customer-centric thinking and resourcefully identifying customer needs
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, thrive in fast-moving environments and pragmatic solution orientated thinking to achieve fast impacts.
  • Team player that enjoys working in a cross-functional role and bringing ideas to live.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
