We are looking for a strong Project Manager to join a fast-growing marine organization in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation you will be responsible for ensuring all projects across the company are delivered in accordance with company policy and processes. This position will oversee projects ranging from infrastructure construction and technology to increased client satisfaction and revenue growth projects. As the Project Manager, you will help develop comprehensive planning processes, manage governance by running the project management office and either lead or provide guidance to enable successful project execution.
Required skills:
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing large projects (£5m+ budget) from inception to completion. - Project Management experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-achieving environments. - Strong communication skills in all formats. - Proficient in stakeholder engagements and management.
Desirables:
- Relevant Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Six Sigma - Previous experience within the marine sector
