In this role, you'll:
Focus on software quality assurance and decision-making for QA
Conceptualize and develop a company-wide agile test strategy in collaboration with your colleagues
Drive test automation strategies, analyze results, and continuously optimize with the tech team
Dive into manual testing when needed
Teach, mentor, and collaborate with team members and the product department Continuously learn through training camps and mob/pair programming sessions
Ideal candidates will have:
Several years of professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally in the e-commerce, web or mobile environment
Experience with Cypress and Cucumber
Knowledge of F.I.R.S.T. and SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Separation of Concerns
Familiarity with JavaScript and relevant test management tools, such as Jira XRay
An ISTQB certification and understanding of the benefits of agile testing (preferable)
Fluency in both German and English
