As the new Senior CRM Manager you'll develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates, and analyse customer data to gain valuable insights into behavior and needs.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
Optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates, referral programs, customer ratings, and more with effective CRM measures.
Implement efficient CRM systems and processes to collect, manage and utilize customer data.
Analyze customer data and create reports to gain insights into customer behavior and needs.
Develop tailored communication and marketing strategies for different customer segments.
Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to solve
Work directly with the CMO on marketing strategies
What you'll ideally bring:
5+ years of CRM management experience.
Exposure to CRM systems implementations and processes.
Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and passion for digital marketing trends.
Business fluency in German.
